Section Head Health Claim have to make sure the verification and approval claim processes executed properly & thoroughly, encourage and implement innovations in process and services.

• Encourage and implement innovations in process dan new services
• Ensure responses for medical actions, medical check up and medication were confirmed by hospital or health provider accordance with medical indications and based on police terms & conditions
• Giving out advice and medical recommendations for specific medical cases, to companies based on received informations from hospitals or patient to give the best solutions.
• Ensure claim content (diagnose, action & medication) in accordance with policies’ coverage plan, ensure medic action budget in accordance with terms & conditions

Placement: Head Office - Jakarta Selatan

Minimum Qualifications

• Adequate work facilities when working from home
• Candidate must possess at least a Medical Degree (Sarjana Kedokteran)
• Able to work as a team and manage a team
• Preferably a doctor with Occupational Specialist Certification
• Great Logical & Analytical thinking
• Preferably have a good understanding about clinic management
• Skilled at Microsoft Excel
