More than 10 years experience as Placement and After Sale leader in insurance brokerage firms

Have a good knowledge of the system, claim process, Insurance Principal, and policy provision.

Monitoring performance claim process internally by creating solutions to minimize repetitive errors or any delayed process.

Manage partner enablement for solutions, skills, marketing, and go-to market programs as part of the on-boarding of new partners.

Bachelor Degree with 5-10 years strong experience in Partner Alliances or Business Development and managing industry-leading partners and clients.

Good planning and analytical skills; proven ability to apply these skills to complex situations with competing priorities.

Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet expectations.
