Digital Solution Specialist For Insurance, Health Care & Pharmacy Industry

This position will be responsible to grow our digital product for Insurance, Health Care & Pharmacy industry

Responsibilities :

• Understand client needs
• Propose solution that match to client needs
• Manage partner enablement for solutions, skills, marketing, and go-to market programs as part of the on-boarding of new partners.
• Execute business plans with clear goals, objectives, and metrics
• Map Potential Client / Partner Ecosystem for specific solutions.
• Establish and promote regular communication cadence with the same stakeholder constituents
• Build relationship with potential users

• Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet expectations.
• Good planning and analytical skills; proven ability to apply these skills to complex situations with competing priorities.
• Highly collaborative work style with proven ability to gather consensus and take decisive and timely action.
• Relationship-focused with a solid executive presence and proven ability to build credibility with partner and internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor Degree with 5-10 years strong experience in Partner Alliances or Business Development and managing industry-leading partners and clients.
