What will you be engaged in?
As our new Claim Management Associate, you will get the opportunity to do hands-on projects and make an impactful contribution to the car-sharing ecosystem in Indonesia!
Roles

• Assist settlement of dispute transactional issues with clients & insurers
• Daily reporting for insurance policy
• Managing existing insured car accounts
• Assist claim operation administrative
• Responsible to insurance registration for TREVO car
• Assist special projects as needed

• Clear verbal and written communications in English and Bahasa
• Bachelor degree from management, insurance management, economics, accounting, engineering.
• Understanding of car parts is highly required
• Min working experience 1 year, preferably in startup/tech company
• Google Suites proficiency (Spreadsheet, Docs, Slides)
