Pricing Analyst (Car) Jobs

Moladin, Indonesia's leading omnichannel used car dealer, is looking for a skilled Pricing Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data related to car pricing and market trends to help Moladin make informed pricing decisions. With the support of the company's cutting-edge technology and strong partner network, you will contribute to Moladin's mission of simplifying the transaction process and creating a better customer experience for agents, dealers, and customers across Indonesia.
Responsibilities

• Analyze and compare the financing price to dealers against the price of the units in the market
• Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support Moladin's sales and marketing teams.
• Give recommendations on inspection framework to improve Appraisal process
• Appraisal car condition based on inspection result and determine adjustments financing price to dealers
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of pricing decisions, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
• Develop pricing framework to identify the best way to make Deduction
• Conduct market research and gather data from various sources to analyze trends in the automotive industry, particularly in the used car market.
• Assist with other analytical projects as assigned by the company leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in pricing analyst or related field in used car / car financing industry is a must.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Prior experience in inspecting cars is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Worksheet
• Passion for automotive industry and desire to contribute to the growth and success of Moladin.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful insights.
