Qualifications

• Have innovations and initiatives to improve the performance of bank business processes
• Prepare Business Requirement Document (BRD) documents
• Have experienced in writing test scenario.
• Have the ability to analyze the needs of each business user
• Strong knowledge in use case and flow chart.
• Have a relevant experience in end-to-end banking data processing will be a plus
• Have extensive knowledge of the bank's business processes
• Have experience in banking, finance or insurance company

Responsibilities

• Analyzing business structures, systems, and processes, as well as reviewing references and other related supporting documents
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects, report, and escalate as needed.
• Establishing communication and providing support to other work units in order to achieve effective cross-division cooperation
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks requested
• Provide proposed solutions to improve the performance of a business process
