Product Owner s:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders in defining the product vision and developing product

roadmap accordingly to this vision.

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs and translate

them into product requirements.

3. Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing

requirements.

4. Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development.

5. Developing user stories.

6. Participating in Scrum events.

Business Analyst s:

(Preferably has experienced in Product Delivery or Insurance Industry)

1. Support system enhancements by analyzing product specification document

2. Collaborate with system developers to determine required system change to support the

enhancement

3. Work with QA team & business users to validate system delivery against requirement

4. Manage and track end-to-end system enhancement delivery from start until completion
