Collaborate with IT teams, project managers, and external vendors to ensure seamless implementation of technology solutions that align with business requirements.

Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting process analysis, and proposing solutions.

Relevant insurance certifications or qualifications are advantageous.

Develop comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specifications to accurately capture and communicate business needs to development teams.

Knowledge of insurance industry software applications and platforms is a plus.
