Our client is the fastest growing insure-tech startup focusing on Automotive Insurance Product. Currently they’re looking for a new Sales Manager to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of our motorcycle insurance products and tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of each customer.
• Proactively reach out to potential customers (Business Owners) who are seeking motorcycle insurance coverage.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance the brand's market presence and expand its customer base.
• Identify potential customers through various channels, including online research, networking events, and referrals.
• Educate customers on policy features, coverage options, and benefits of our motorcycle insurance plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• A strong understanding of motorcycle insurance policies, coverage options, and the ability to articulate the benefits of different plans to potential customers. Knowledge of the motorcycle industry and an understanding of various motorcycle types and their insurance requirements are highly desirable.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of proven success in selling insurance products, preferably motorcycle insurance, within an insurance company or insurance tech startup environment. Candidates should have a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the insurance industry.
• Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, insurance products, and sales techniques through continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
• A self-motivated individual with a strong drive to achieve and surpass sales targets. Candidates should be highly goal-oriented and capable of thriving in a performance-driven sales culture.
• Excellent sales acumen and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. Candidates should possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills to engage and convert potential customers effectively.
