About The Role:

The National Commercial Manager (Luxury - Automotive) will be responsible in establishing and nurturing the business in Indonesia, develop crucial distribution partners and set the presence of the business in the country:

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieving sales target along with profitable growth
• Pricing management for existing and new products
• Support sales planning, product, finance and branding teams through feedback gained through market research
• Establish and develop the business in the Indonesian market
• Achieve customer experience and process targets
• Manage stock and order
• Create sales promotion programs and strategies
• Strategize and execute marketing activities both through digital and traditional channels
• Develop distribution channels and partners in the country

To be successful in this National Commercial Manager (Luxury - Automotive) role, you will need to possess an extensive experience, minimum of 18-20 years, in developing businesses in the luxury automotive market.

Key Requirements:

• Strong problem solving mindset
• A charismatic leader
• 18-20 years of experience in the luxury automotive industry
• Experience in managing ASEAN countries is a plus
• Strong commercial experience
• Result oriented and customer focused
• Bachelors degree preferably in engineering, Masters in business or management is preffered
• Willingness to travel frequently both within the country and overseas
• Strong Negotiation skills
• Articulate and Agile with a proven track record in developing businesses in the automotive sector
