About The National Marketing Manager Role

The National Marketing Manager plays a key role in the Marketing team's continued development and success that lead to brand growth, awareness, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage on the brand activation, events planning and executions as well as launching of products
• Provide clear and concise direction for the overall marketing team to support business objectives across different channels and segments in support of the overall strategic plan
• Create, develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans for the organisation and track the sales and marketing performance metrics to reach the business targets
• Build and create annual strategic plan, marketing budget for brand management programmes and objectives
• Work closely with the Regional to develop a country-wide marketing strategy and targets

To succeed in this National Marketing Manager role, you will need to have exceptional strategic and analytical thinking, as well as the ability to develop all marketing efforts, which include strong brand and marketing management.

Key Requirements

• Strong written and communication skills, fluency in English, able to communicate well with regional and global counterparts
• Exceptional in strategic thinking, analytical process, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent with a minimum of six years' brand and strategic experience within the marketing management function
• Growth mindset and entrepreneurial skills are great assets and adds value to the role
