About This National On Premise Manager Role

The National On Premise Manager leads a team of sales professionals with overall responsibility to define on-premise strategies and team/area structure resulting in the national business plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets, increase market penetration, and maximise profitability
• Responsible for the development of the national On Premise business plan targeted to meet ambitious company goals. Develop and deploy ingenious strategies and guarantee the implementation of the national business plan top down
• Constantly evaluate and monitor the execution in the field and by setting up appropriate KPI’s
• Develop and manage sales budgets, POS materials, forecasts, and expenses to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost control
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales to ensure they consistently achieve their individual and team sales goals

To succeed in this National On Premise Manager role, you will need to be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales management within fast-moving or commodity industry.

Key Requirements

• Minimum four years’ experience in FMCG industry, particularly in beverages/energy drink
• Good leadership experience in managing small-to-medium sized team
• Good understanding in sales management
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing and Sales or a related field
