National Sales Manager (Footwear)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales and marketing for Footwear products (slippers, rubber shoes, flip-flops, etc) in Indonesia, including business team development, sales training and development and selling product into retail stores/ outlet, reseller, distributors or main dealers.
• Co-operate with marketing department to create and develop marketing programs/ campaigns to increase brand awareness in order to achieve more product attentions in public.
• Identify new potential customers, explore new business opportunities and develop new markets. Build good communication and partnerships with all customers (retail stores/ outlets), maintain good relationships to existing resellers, retailers, and master dealers in order to increase sales achievement.
• Performs presentations, negotiations, system integrations, product demonstrations, consulting and solutions to customers.
• Create effective sales strategy, open and develop new markets, monitoring competitors’ activities, and learns about the differences of every coverage areas in all over Indonesia to optimize the achievement of the sales targets.

Qualifications

• Possess strong achievement-orientation, goals-oriented, leadership skill and team work building.
• Bachelor’s degree or above, open for any education background.
• Capable in speaking Mandarin will be very considered.
• Willing to travel all-around Indonesia to oversee all branches selling progress.
• Good in English.
• At least 8 years’ experience in the same position as National Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager and responsible to increase Footwear product (slippers, rubber shoes, flip-flops, etc) sales turnover.
• Possess strong networking in Footwear products trading channel (retail stores/ outlet, reseller, distributors, or main dealers).
