Marketing Manager -Indonesia Jobs

The purpose of the Regional Marketing Manager role is to develop and implement marketing and recruitment strategies in target countries/regions to support IEDU group's student recruitment objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and guidance to prospective students on all aspects of studying at the IEDU group colleges.
• Develop and implement marketing and recruitment strategies in target countries/regions in order to support student recruitment objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including agents, prospective students and other relevant organisations.
• Represent IEDU group & its collages at exhibitions, fairs and other events in target countries/regions.
• Work closely with colleagues across the group to ensure that international student recruitment is integrated into wider institutional strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in the education, policy or business sectors
• Experience of managing and developing a network of recruitment agents
• Experience of student recruitment and admissions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Skills

• High level of IT literacy, including desktop applications –MS software, databases – and an understanding of digital communications
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly report writing, presenting in public, and the ability to convey complex issues concisely and clearly
