Job Description

  • Perform additional service such as bracelet shortening & strap adjustmen
  • Consistently contributing sales by accomplishing store monthly target
  • Deliver standard service excellence to customer, based on brand guidelines
  • To keep and maintain customer database and preferences
  • To ensure product, display material, sales kit and boutique environment are in good condition
  • Performing and maintain daily stock inventory
  • Mastering knowledge and information related to the brand and share to respected customers
  • Establishing contact and develop relationship with regular and new customers
Requirements


  • Flexible work schedule
  • Strong in persuading communication
  • Minimum 1 year in sales roles and retail (watch & jewelry) business is a plus.
  • Ready to be placed all accross Indonesia
  • Passion for customer service-outstanding
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
