About The Retail Manager (Luxury Fashion) Role

Based in Jakarta, you will play a key role in the retail team for managing luxury fashion brands brand and continue its success in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for buying, sales, business planning, product presentation, stock control, sales service, store operations (all levels), store promotions / marketing, operational marketing, staff training
• Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to remain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling
• Manage the daily retail operations including sales, trade marketing, marketing, merchandising, etc.
• Develop growth strategic planning of the business either through organic growth or merger and acquisition or future possible business opportunities
• Achieve profitable business relationships by identifying new opportunities, monitoring competitors, prospecting new clients and decision makers and turning them into new business

To succeed in this Retail Manager (Luxury Fashion) role, you will need to have strong managerial experience in day-to-day running of stores and strong focus on sales management in high-end or luxury retailing.

Key Requirements

• Results-driven, fast-paced and possesses high initiative skills and the ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or equivalent
• Strong sales/trade marketing background in luxury products, within offline and e-commerce channels
• Strong leadership traits and interpersonal skills, experienced in managing a big team, and strong in people development
• Minimum of seven years’ experience in retail operations with a luxury brand
• Strong written and communication skills, fluent in English, able to communicate well with regional and global principals/counterparts
