A rapidly expanding retail company is seeking a talented MEP Manager (Retail) to be based in Jakarta. In this job, you will lead a team and be responsible for all engineering-related functions.

About The MEP Manager (Retail) Role

Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the MEP Manager will play a key role in the operational team's continued development and success for its existing and new branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project schedule related to MEP
• Review new projects on the pipeline and maintenance of existing stores
• Manage project budget related to MEP
• Manage project detailed drawing review
• Coordinate with main contractor
• Manage internal material approval review
• Propose materials approval to principal or consultant
• Monitor MEP work progress in relation to the project completion timeline
• Coordinate with consultant and principal
• Troubleshoot during project construction and daily operations
• Coordinate with external parties (e.g. landlord, PLN and other state utility companies)

To succeed in the MEP Manager (Retail) job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with all related teams both in external and internal matrix.

Key Requirements

• Able to understand and communicate well in English
• Excellent knowledge and implementation in preventive maintenance
• Team player, good communication and great leadership skills
• Knowledge in project management skill and knowledge of all technical aspects of engineering/maintenance
• Three or more years of experience in a similar position in a restaurant group or international hotel
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (minimum S1)
• Professional training in a builder, mechanical and electrical discipline
