Hokkaido Baby Bakeshop, is a Japanese cake boutique specialising in Freshly Baked Cheese Tarts.

We are currently recruiting a Retail Sales Manager (B2B dan B2C) that has experience in the Food & Beverage Industry.

As a Retail Sales Manager, you will oversee the sales team's activities and performance, develop the team through motivation, coaching, and product knowledge, and ensure the smooth execution of contracts until products are delivered to customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Generate revenue through offline stores, online platforms, and B2B channels.
2. Oversee the sales team's activities and performance.
3. Develop the team through motivation, coaching, and product knowledge.
4. Generate B2B sales prospects through phone calls, emails, or face-to-face meetings, with a minimum achievement of 2 new contracts per month.
5. Ensure the smooth execution of contracts until products are received by customers.
6. Stay updated with trends and products, providing advice to the product development team.

Qualifications:

1. Preferred candidates with a client database.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development within the Food & Beverage industry.
3. Own transportation preferred.
4. Strong leadership skills.
5. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree (S1) required.
6. Highly motivated and responsible, with a desire for success and the ability to work under pressure.
7. Attractive appearance.
8. High initiative and excellent communication skills.
9. Proficient in public speaking and delivering presentations.
10. Strong negotiation skills.
11. High level of self-confidence.
12. Ability to work towards targets.
