We’re expanding fast and are looking for you to join our Indonesian team where we already have a strong portfolio of CPG customers.

Role – Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced and high-energy Sales hunter to join our team. The primary function of this role is to help accelerate the growth of sales in Indonesia by selling our retail media solutions into CPG companies. So, if you are energetic, hungry, passionate about retail media and if you want to join a company on a fantastic growth curve, then this may be the role for you.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Build partnerships (locally) with media agencies to drive lead generation alongside your direct outreach efforts
• Value long-term customer success
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Work with our Sales Director to forecast accurately
• Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders typically at Shopper Marketing and Trade Marketing level
• Proven track record in sales and hitting targets consistently
• Proven experience in media sales > you would have worked at a Media agency with experience of selling into CPG brands and engaging with Brand / Shopper Marketing / Trade Marketing teams.
• Continuously maintain an accurate Pipeline and Opportunity status in our CRM-system
• Business acumen and ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems
• Location: Indonesia (speaking Bahasa and English to business level)
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and product team
• Sell our retail media solutions to CPGs
• Be an evangelist for our products
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Work collaboratively to help foster a culture of continuous process improvement
• Ability to identify and solve client issues strategically
• Have an eye on the bottom line, with a focus on value-based pricing
• Understand and effectively communicate the benefits of our products
• Honest and convincing nature to promote the true values of our products
• Analytical capability to continuously refine and look for specific prospect and lead characteristics that will lead to new and lasting client relationships

The right candidate will come from a media sales background with a minimum of 5 years experience.
