Retail And Education Manager (Nars)

MAIN PURPOSE

The Manager, is responsible for the development of elevated NARS Education and Artistry programs with the overall objective of accelerating artistry skill development and productivity, while driving the Brand’s artistry and selling message. This position works cross-functionally to represent and reinforce the Brand’s artistry perspective and implementation of programs in a variety of mediums.

The main purpose of the role is to develop the market strategy for training in consistency with Marketing & Sales objectives, to Develop and manage the training activity and programs (in the classroom and on the field) to ensure the retail KPIs of the company and training objectives are achieved. Also, to manage the training budget, optimizing development costs and planning

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct workshops or presentation to external parties (customers/seminars with offices etc.)
• Work closely with HQ team to ensure literature and demo techniques remain relevant
• Conduct orientation session and arrange on-the-job training for new hires
• Work closely with marketing team to ensure marketing activities are successfully implemented
• Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, in a form of classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, and workshops
• Team development - coaching, training and developing the team to ensure brand service levels are delivered
• Localize and organize training manuals
• Conduct and arrange for monthly product and service training for store staff
• Conduct regular store coaching for store staff
• Work closely with Sales team to ensure brand objectives and quality services are met through training and coaching needs
• Ensure the Make Up Artist grooming and quality of service is as per brands standard

REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience

• Experience as trainer in cosmetics/skin care/make-up industry
• Proficiency in English
• Minimum S1 degree
• Familiar with external MUA, skincare blogger and skincare in prestige brands
