Program Manager For G-Academia

Gandeng Foundation is a non-profit organization that creates an integrated ecosystem which facilitates a sustainable flow of education for Indonesia's younger generation, that consists of high school students, university students, as well as other youth-led organizations.

G-Academia is our flagship educational program for high school students. We empower students with the skills, character, and leadership qualities to put them in the best position possible for them to actualize themselves -- and guide them to use what they’ve acquired to help others and the world around them.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and problem solve for associates
• Supervise and quality-control all learning programs, including but not limited to: develop the curriculum (what to teach and how to teach it), conduct the learning, both synchronous and asynchronous, monitor mentees’ progress and evaluate the learning activities
• Lead the execution of programs of the progression and training team
• Manage stakeholders that are from outside of the department and the organization (if any)
• Manage and build relationships with the people of the department and our beneficiaries

Qualifications

• Can commit for at least 1 year (until June 2024)
• Min. 2nd year university student from any major, preferably psychology or education
• Knowledgeable on people development, curriculum making, and learning practices, preferably having prior relevant experiences
• Excellent in structured thinking and communication, for both written and oral
• Showcase strong leadership skills, shown through having prior experiences, preferably the manager of a committee/organization (or equivalent)
• Preferably have prior experience working with secondary-school students
• A self starter a high aptitude for learning with a can-do attitude
