Fashion Buyer Manager Jobs

Responsibilities

1. Conduct research for appropriate suppliers/ manufacturers to meet company needs
2. Sourcing and procuring various company necessities (fabric, accessories/ trimming, product essential, etc)
3. Researching and identifying prospective suppliers/ vendors
4. Evaluating their offering against business criteria and product specifications
5. Following up sample process from end to end
6. Coordinate for production material demand
7. Coordinate with factory for new product development
8. Manage stocks and forecast stocks for goods purchases
9. Overcoming all problems that arise related to the product supply chain
10. Produce reports on purchases of goods and product stock reports on a regular basis to management
11. Creating an order monitoring system so that it is recorded accurately and efficiently
12. Determine clothing design for production
13. Determine ideal retail price
14. Assist with planning and executing pricing strategies, maximizing sales, margin and inventory management
15. Identify industry trends and also analyze consumer buying patterns.

Requirement:

• Willing to WFO in West Jakarta, kebon Jeruk
• Creative, Innovative, and able to work under pressure
• Able to work both individually and in a team
• Have computer skills Excel is a must (basic formulas, vlookup)
• Understand science of fabric
• High attention to detail and thorough in analyzing data
• Strong negotiation skill
• Minimum 3 years experience in purchasing/procurement for garment/fashion brand
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major
