Responsibilities / Tasks

• Project related interactions internal and external. Act as the 1st procurement point of contact for stakeholders in project management, capture qualitative and quantitative inputs from the Project team, track risks, costs and lead times related to transport upto receipt of goods.
• Delivers within given procurement strategies.
• Invoice Processing & manage Master data. Support invoice management, interaction with Accenture. Maintain local material and vendor master data.
• Follows compliance, set processes and performs repeating tasks.
• Vendor Sourcing ability. Responsible for tactical sourcing activities related to the project supported, steer the project in adherence with applicable category strategies & the use of preferred suppliers.
• Provides suggestions for improvement within scope of work.
• Provides lessons learned from projects to categories.
• Purchase Requisition, Purchasing & Order processing, Contract Management. Responsible for processing, clarifies issues with requestors and suppliers and provide comprehensive feedback.

• ERP knowledge
• English (fluent)
• Work experience in complex organizations
• Ability to work in matrix organization
• Cost analysis and management
• Ability to network across sites and build relationships
• Good analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically & tactically
• Takes ownership of the work, successes and mistakes
• University, bachelor’s degree in management, economics or engineering.
• Negotiation skill
• Contract management experience is essential
• Business education in combination with experience in project- procurement
• Willingly to travel domestic (site visits) and overseas.
