Boutique Manager Jobs

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Boutique Manager to join our Passion Jewelry Group. As the Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our boutique, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of boutique operations, including sales, inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff supervision.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

- Train, mentor, and motivate boutique staff to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.

- Ensure that the boutique maintains a high standard of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organization.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities and events.

- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to effectively position the boutique in the market.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a boutique management role, preferably in the luxury or jewellery industry.

- Strong sales and customer service skills with a proven track record of meeting or targets exceeding sales.

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

- Knowledge of diamond jewellery and gemstones is highly desirable.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficient in using retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
