Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure and control the implementation quality of work (Quality Control) at the project site following the inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and Project Quality Plan (PQP)
  • Maintain and implement continuous improvement plans to improve score
  • Provide leadership and development of team to cultivate high performance, engagement and retention
  • Develop, implement and maintain company’s quality management system
  • Lead the QC Team and train the site team on Structural and Architectural trades/ Guide QC Engineer on their scope of work
  • Ensure the company’s quality policy and KPI are communicated, understood and adhered to throughout the company
  • Act as Management Representative and to interact with clients, consultant and relevant stakeholders ensuring compliances, approvals and resolutions of project quality plan, inspection/test plan and complaints/deficiencies


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience related to ISO Certification
  • English communication skill
  • Understand end-to-end construction processes and work
  • Have minimum 5 years experiences in construction/ high rise building, orData Center (preferable)in some job position
  • Advance Technical knowledge in construction methods
