Intellectual Property (Ip) Manager

RESPONSIBILITY
Lead IP productions (Experiential, Content/Films to Merchandize) from end-to-end including but not limited to:
- Curating the IPs from internal and external creators
- Registering the IPs through the legal team
- Build IP's business case from investment and cost structure to profitability path.
- Build the IP's playbook, best practices and guidance
- Measure and improve production and execution of the IPs
- Maintain and improve operational excellence and clients satisfaction on the IP and delivered services
QUALIFICATION
- 3 - 8 years experience in Media/Entertainment industry or Creative/Digital/Media Agency
- A highly detailed person in managing production process with a passion on keeping things HIGHLY ORGANIZED
- Love entertainment, keep abreast with the latest pop culture, a TREND SHAMAN
- Powerful presenter and communicator/strong written and verbal communication skills
- Results oriented, with a strong sense of urgency
- Experience in creating a neat yet eyecatching presentation design will be highly valued
- Strong team player and collaborator, comfortable with fast and fluid environments, good team player
