Position: Publisher Manager

Location: Hybrid, Jakarta, Indonesia

Right now we are expanding the Indonesia team and looking for a seasoned and ambitious Publisher Manager in Jakarta who will launch KIT CPA services into Indonesia.

The role entails the following:

• Act as a product expert and show the value of it to the publishers on regular basis;
• Prepare presentations/ strategies for publishers to optimize their traffic for the company’s advertisers;
• Interact closely with the Global team to gain a better understanding of our global capabilities and advocate for this practice in Indonesia;
• Collaborate with the Country Manager to manage and expand the CPA services performance in Indonesia;
• Attend various trade shows and events on as-needed basis, attend industry networks / gathering to generate new leads;
• Recruiting top publishers with quality traffic, meeting with new and existing publishers in person or on calls, present company’s products and services;
• Establishing processes for briefing, prospecting, pitching, commercial, and delivery.
• Assist global teams in understanding local requirements and filling the gaps to acquire clients;
• Understand the potential client's requirements, brief the global delivery teams, and collaborate on client strategies and growth plans.
• Provide suggestions and ideas regarding company’s processes and services, help define department processes in the local offices;

What we expect:

• Solid relationships with the Tier 1/ Tier 2 publishers in Asia demographic;
• Exceptional communications skills both oral & written;
• 4+ years of experience in sales that into affiliate marketing domain with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets;
• Great team player with a desire to work in a high growth, fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Result oriented, self-motivated, passionate and an enthusiastic, contributing team member with the ability to work independently with management, guidance, and supervision;
• Fluent in English is a must;
• Knowledge of tracking of sales or any other actions which are payable by the client;
