About The Company:

Our Client is one of Indonesia's leading shipping and logistic company. The company is currently operating locally but with set target to expand their operation internationally.

As CFO, you will undertake all aspects of finance & accounting, taxation, compliance, internal control, corporate finance activities, and HRGA

s:

• Determining an efficient and appropriate capital structure for the Company
• Reporting of financial statements that are accurate and timely for stakeholders and shareholders.
• Other company financial activities such as mergers and acquisitions.
• Developing efficient standard operating procedures for both internal divisions in Finance and Accounting, as well as other related divisions.
• Banking activities and relations with banks.
• Advising on long-term business and financial planning
• Building a budgeting culture and discipline in each division of the Company.
• Maintaining good relations with the Company's shareholders
• Managing a productive Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Budget division according to the needs of the Company.

Key Requirements:

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven experience as Finance Director/CFO
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and best practices
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
