Job Description
Responsibilities


  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Oversee and manage various aspects of the C level office's operations and activities.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to contribute to the company's growth.
  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the company's progress.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO to ensure efficient communication and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Provide support in analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and business opportunities.
  • Assist in the development and execution of business strategies and plans.
Requirements


  • Adaptability and resourcefulness in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to gather and interpret data for decision-making.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong/advanced English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience in the consulting field, preferably with exposure to startup or large corporation environments as an operator, with responsibilities in Operations (Ops), Business Development (BD), or Sales functions.
  • Proficient in using various office software and tools for documentation and analysis.
