Our client is a one of the largest B2B startups in Indonesia. To evolve into the next phase of its growth, our client plans to aggressively explore new business opportunities and scale the business. Towards this they are looking to hire a highly qualified Deputy CEO to join the leadership team.

The Role

In this role, you will work closely with the CEO, to achieve the vision of the company as well as to lead the company expansion. You will have an immediate impact on company growth by prioritizing the urgency & complexity of the business agenda on a daily basis as well as mid-term, leading strategic initiatives, and driving program management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of senior leadership and department heads
• Driving & leading commercial teams towards meeting business objectives
• Review, design, and execute improvements to organizational structure; find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them
• Act as integral part to senior leadership team in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
• Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity
• Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation

Ideal Profile

• Proven experience in client facing roles. Experience in leading commercial teams towards achieving revenue objectives is a strong plus.
• You have strong influencing skills as well as proven strategic thinking, as well as execution capability
• You have a nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
• You possess an MBA from a top tier global business school with 8 or more years of experience in strategic consulting firm, or/and transformational leadership role in a big tech company/ late stage startup
• You possess excellent communication and business-facing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
