Here is the form of Dialogika internship:

1. Runs for 3 months and unpaid

2. A week there are 4x offline meetings

3. Care about appearance and willing to learn to communicate

4. Have a vehicle, laptop and cellphone

Next is the form of skill description that will be formed in Dialogika:

1. Recruitment Skill

2. Networking Skill

3. Management Task

Stages of enrollment:

1. Candidates who apply on linkedin will be background checked.

2. Candidates will be contacted via whatsapp by our recruiters and fill in the form

3. candidates will be called for an interview

4. Accepted candidates will receive an acceptance letter

5. Candidates officially become interns at Dialogika

Notes:

1. We do not look at the organizational experience or experience of the candidate, but what we need more is sincerity.

2. We do not accept a large number of internships.
