Job Description

About the Job:

  • Organizing appointments and agendas.
  • Prepare reports and presentations.
  • Preparing and managing correspondence, reports and documents.
  • Maintain Director of Lifestyle Concept’s agenda and needs, and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
  • To handle and maintain professional relationships with key and potential business partners, including VVIP partners.
  • Supporting all administrative and secretarial activities.
  • Assisting in professional and personal scope of work.
  • Coordinate with various departments and subsidiaries within the group.
  • Participating in meetings and noting the meeting minutes.
  • Scheduling events and flight arrangements.
  • Responding to incoming emails, phone calls and documents.
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Well organized, proactive and detail oriented.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Technologically Savy.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks.
  • Good knowledge of consulting industry is a plus.
  • Excellent work ethics.
  • Good communication, interpersonal & presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with technology and sensitivity to numbers.
  • Have 1-2 years of experience as a personal assistant/secretary or equivalent.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma’s Degree.
  • Good Interpersonal and Communications skills.
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Impressive appearance.
  • Be committed and dedicated.
  • Available working long hours and on weekends/public holiday when needed.
  • Attention to details.
