Personal Assistant Co-Founders Intern

Kiddu is looking for a passionate Co-founders Assistant Intern to join our team. This is a full time Internship position, in which, you will be able to learn first-hand about a real start-up world, along with all the rich hands-on experience.

Are you somebody that can take instructions and run with them independently? Are you highly organized and have really high attention to detail? Do you have a built-in positive and mental strength in managing stressful situations?

If so, you might be the one for this role!

This is not your typical ‘other’ internship – you will have truly meaningful projects to work on. You will be helping lots of lives by providing well-needed skills to kids and parents in Indonesia.

Internship Information

Responsibilities

• Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the team
• Organizing and planning meetings
• Works in collaboration with all team members
• Administrative Excellence: Efficiently manage schedules, handle confidential information, and provide support in various projects to ensure seamless operations.
• Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
• High EQ and strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills
• Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require

Qualifications

• Have your own fast-working laptop with strong internet connection
• Good strategic, creative thinker, problem solver, and detail oriented
• Strong communication skills, proactive, and creative team player
• Highly motivated and passionate to learn
• Can start immediately
• Preferable university student and fresh graduate
• Willing to submit a simple test using Adobe Family & After Effects

Duration & Working Hours

• 6 months, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (flexible to your schedule)
