Experience in event coordination and public speaking is a plus.

Assist in managing the CEO's schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Final year of study in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Marketing, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, etc)

Assist Business Team in Business Required Document (BRD) creation

Perform ad-hoc data analysis to help team make business decisions

Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Data team to achieve business targets

Create Ad-hoc campaign plans and align with Partners for execution

Work with Researcher to do qualitative research to answer business problem statements

Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients

Experience in similar position at least 6 months / 1 year

Must able To Read / Speak / Write English (Require Outstanding Good Level of English Skill)

Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant

Good communication & interpersonal skills

Advanced knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
