Our offline/online commerce BeautyHaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

:

• Handle projects
• Providing assistance during presentation/trip
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
• Organizing appointments and agendas
• Managing calendar, including making appointments, and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
• Preparing and managing correspondence, presentations, reports and documents

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Must able To Read / Speak / Write English (Require Outstanding Good Level of English Skill)
• Experience in similar position at least 6 months / 1 year
• Well organized, proactive and detail oriented
• Available working long hours and on weekends/public holiday when needed
• Advanced knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
