First Fills Manager Jobs

Summary: The First Fills manager shall be responsible for managing the first fills program for the Indonesia Smelter and Precious Metals Refinery project.

Job Duties

• This role will work with the project team, key suppliers, EPCM’s and Operations team to verify the first fills required for the project and manage the procurement, warehousing and site distribution of the first fills as required during the pre-commissioning and commissioning phases of the project.

Job Requirements

• Experience with managing first fills during plant start-ups or with OEM’s.
• Smelter, Refinery, Acid plant or experience in similar industries
• Multidisciplinary experience with strong maintenance background.
• High School Diploma and thirteen (13) years related experience and familiarity with processes, systems, and terminology in project management, engineering, operations, maintenance and construction
• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate Engineering discipline or related scientific field and eight (8) years related experience and familiarity with processes, systems, and terminology in project management, engineering, operations, maintenance and construction; OR

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.
