About Our Client
Our Client is one of biggest Insurance company group, with strong presence. They are looking for high-calibre talents to join their management team and to aid their vision in Indonesia.

• Ensuring the accuracy and correctness of financial accounting report through control the accounting process, review the monthly general ledger and balance sheet reconciliation, and yearly audit process
• Ad-hoc assignments
• Responsible for the completion of monthly, quarterly and year-end closing and Balance sheet and P&L record submissions, Budget and Forecast Submissions
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting, also manage and comply with government and regulatory reporting requirements and tax filings
• Assist in the implementation of accounting IT systems to reduce manual input
• Lead and ensure quality control over financial transactions; consolidation and financial reporting
• Provide support for organisation financial profitability through monitor and control actual cost spending against forecast/budget
• Being a champion of continuous improvement within the Finance division
• Manage all accounting, reporting division staff and operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Treasury, Cost Accounting, Revenue Recognition and Tax

The Successful Applicant

• Broad understanding of business processes, IFRS17, reporting process and internal control concepts
• 15 years of experience, with Insurance and Big 4 background
• Strong leadership skills
• High level of ethics and integrity
• Strong analytic skill required to identify risks and opportunities in the business
• Local Indonesian only
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationships
• Bachelor degree in accounting/finance with full professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CA, CMA)
