It Infrastructure/Ba Supervisor

:

• Bring users’ feedback to AP team.
• Perform system and network maintenance
• Operate application system and eliminate abnormalities
• Endpoint equipment maintenance and operation management (PC/NB mainly)
• Manage anti-virus treatment
• Document process/function flow based on business needs and ensure AP team’s fully understanding of it.
• Classify user problems and find solutions in accordance to the problem
• Handle procurement for IT equipment (endpoint, host and Netcom equipment)
• Perform Windows Server maintenance
• Network architecture and service planning (VPN, MPLS VPN, cloud network architecture)
• Remote connection assistance
• Conduct equipment and application planning
• Physical network and firewall maintenance management
• User-side problem handling and computer room hardware management
• Printer, scan slot setting and management
• Manage the environment of computer room environment (access control, daily equipment light detection)
• Network traffic monitoring and analysis
• Select and interact with local IT vendor (hardware maintenance, etc.)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Operation
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in IT
• Ability to grasp system functionalities and business processes, then translate it into understandable specifications.
• Required languages: Bahasa Indonesia, English (Mandarin will be a plus.)
• Must demonstrate good verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with cross functional teams including business, operation, AP teams, etc.
• Experience in multi finance company will be a plus (maintain systems related with OJK reports)
• Strong computer skills to troubleshoot and solve IT related issues
