Job description:

• Collaborate with Headquarters IT engineers and Product Management to plan and execute new projects.
• Manage Active Directory (AD), Enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM), and other relevant IT services.
• Give advice and input to IT Internal related to Operational and Infrastructure Server Development (Physical & Virtual), storage, and system backup.
• Maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of server devices (physical and virtual), storage servers, and backup systems.
• Continuously work on optimizing existing services and explore new technical solutions to address current and future challenges.
• Support by Incident, Request, Add, and Change related to the needs of Server (Physical & Virtual) and data storage facilities (storage).
• Make reports for operational work; daily, weekly, and monthly by maintaining detailed technical documentation for team members to review, learn and retrieve relevant information.

Requirement:

• Have knowledge on bash scripting
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn in a dynamic environment
• Strong skill in Linux environment (Ubuntu, Centos, Redhat and etc.)
• Experienced in Active Directory (AD) or Enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) Solution
• Certified with MCSA / RHCSA / VCP or higher is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/Information Technology or a relevant field
• Strong server and system knowledge with hands-on experience
• Experienced with Windows Server: Active Directory, Domain Service, DNS/WINS/DHCP Service All server role & feature Windows Server
• Have knowledge about implementing Security Hardening on servers (Linux & Windows)
• Familiarity with various monitoring systems (Nagios, PRTG, Cacti etc
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role
• Experienced on Cloud Infrastructure & Virtualizations.
• May be required to provide on-call support
