It Infrastructure Pmo Lead

Location: Center of Jakarta

Workforce: WFO

Status: PKWTT (Prob. 3 Months)

Required:

·Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, with PMP certifications or PRINCE2.

·Strong background in project management, including successful project delivery from initiation to completion, especially in IT infrastructure projects.

·Excellent leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team of project managers and support staff.

·Ability to develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational objectives.

·Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.

·in analyzing data, making informed decisions, and addressing project issues and risks.

·In-depth understanding of PMO functions, processes, and best practices in the banking and financial industry.

·Experience in change management processes and methodologies to drive organizational change and manage resistance.

·Familiarity with project management software, collaboration platforms, and relevant technology.

·Solid understanding of banking and financial industry practices, regulations, compliance, and risk management.

·Experience working within regulatory frameworks and ensuring projects adhere to industry regulations.

·Expertise in identifying, assessing, and managing project risks specific to the financial industry.

·Strong skills in managing diverse stakeholders, including clients, investors, regulatory bodies, and internal departments.

·Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and cost control within the context of banking and financial operations.

·Familiarity with managing projects related to system upgrades, product launches, regulatory changes, and mergers/acquisitions in the financial industry.

Ability to define and measure project success metrics, prepare reports, and use data-driven insights.

Willing to visit another branch of the Bank in the South of Tangerang.
