Army - Station Management (Infrastructure Officer)

Could you be the new Thorney Island Station Management Staff Officer (Infrastructure) and lead the infrastructure and facilities management activity enabling Defence to live, work, train, and deploy?

We are calling for an independent self-starter, hardworking and collaborative individual to join the station management team. We will require you to supervise complex facility management projects, deliver outputs at pace and work alongside a broad stakeholder community.

We will entrust you to coordinate, deliver, and directly influence all aspects of the day-to-day management of all property, building and workplaces including hard and soft facilities management services.

You will engage fully with the onsite industry and service providers and strive for efficiencies.

This role includes Deputy Station Health and Safety responsibilities and line management of 1 x AO Civil Servant and 1 x Army WO2.

The output of the site is constantly evolving, and this will present you with the opportunity to demonstrate a proactive and effective approach to delivering change.
