Co-lead on the production of smarter ways of working solutions for Army Headquarters through IT, this will include usage of SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps & Power BI. For example, we developed a Power Apps based IT HelpDesk Ticketing System to replaced .

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Lead and support Army HQ iHub Development Teams junior developers on digital solutions projects.
• Create technical support documentation for solutions built including supporting documents, code commenting and process flows diagrams.
• Ability to interpret business requirements into technical solutions.
• Produce smarter ways of working solutions using Microsoft Power Platform with an emphasis on Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance and updates to existing solutions built by the Army HQ iHub Development Team.
• Work closely with Army DigiX, AIMs and DPIA Team to make sure any solution created is up to Army standards.
• Support the Microsoft Office 365 Champions network to build knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office 365 services and to promote and support usage within their teams.
