Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia and possesses strong skills in finance and company secretarial work. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, supporting various administrative and financial tasks.


Responsibilities:

 Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and correspondence handling.

 Handle financial tasks, such as processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling financial statements, and assisting with budgeting and financial reporting.

 Support company secretarial work, including maintaining corporate records, preparing and filing legal documents, and assisting with compliance matters.

 Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for employees.

 Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and appointments, including managing calendars and sending meeting invitations.

 Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.

 Assist in HR-related tasks, such as maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, and organizing employee onboarding and offboarding.

 Provide support to management and team members as needed, including handling inquiries and requests.


Requirements:

 Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential for effective communication with international and local stakeholders.

 Proven experience in office administration, finance, and company secretarial work.

 Strong knowledge of financial principles, bookkeeping, and basic accounting practices.

 Familiarity with company secretarial tasks, compliance requirements, and legal documentation.

 Proficient in using office software and tools, such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software.

 Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.

 Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle confidential information with discretion.

 Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

 Willing to work from Gading Serpong, Tangerang Area.


Education and Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

 Relevant certifications in finance, accounting, or company secretarial work are a plus.
