As the Lead Program Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our programs in Indonesia. You will work closely with multiple teams, including project managers, stakeholders, and program specialists, to ensure successful program execution and timely completion of deliverables. Your strong organizational and communication skills will be crucial in managing program-related documentation, tracking progress, and addressing any issues that may arise during program implementation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Coordinate with the HR and finance departments to allocate resources effectively, ensuring smooth program operations.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks or challenges in program implementation and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement in program management.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Program Management: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of various programs within Indonesia, adhering to predefined objectives and timelines.
  • Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to maintain the high standards of program deliverables and outputs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, program specialists, and other stakeholders to define program requirements, goals, and deliverables.
  • Budget Oversight: Monitor program budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to allocated funds and providing financial reports when necessary.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate regular communication with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on program progress and address inquiries or concerns.
Must Have
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively and find practical solutions.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders from various backgrounds.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility in adjusting to changing program requirements and working in a dynamic environment.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and accuracy in managing program documentation and reports.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding a diverse team towards achieving program objectives.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in program management, with a demonstrated track record of successfully leading and coordinating complex programs.
