5 years of experience in project management, program management, change management, release management, and/or engineering management working on software engineering projects

Implement and guide project management best practices for Junior TPMs

Proficient with corporate productivity and project management tools, such as Confluence, JIRA, Trello, etc.

Manage a variety of complex, cross-functional programs and lead all aspects of assigned programs delivery

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience from a reputable university

Create and maintain the Delivery Roadmap for the teams you work closely with, along with the respective Engineering and Product leaders.

5+ experience in Project Management, Technical Program Management, or similar technical leadership role

Demonstrated deep knowledge of technical program management and engineering best practices

Drive project execution; track delivery, expect change, own change management, pro-actively seek and resolve blockers flagged to you.

Telecommunication architecture experience; across IT and Core (OCS/PS/CS) domains to manage and design solutions at scale

Comfort and experience with cross-organizational communication; excellent written and verbal communication skills

Jack of all trades, able to conclude the solution design and manage the project at the same time.

Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.

Excellent organization and time management skills.

Excellent communication, collaborative and team management skills especially in fluent spoken and written English

Manage the technical development of web and mobile products, including implementation of new features and bug fixes

Develop and manage the plan for product development

Work closely with backend, frontend and mobile developers to ensure that the products are optimized and follow customer requirements

● Develop policies and guidelines for Incident Management or Disaster Discovery Plan

● Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and product requirement documents

requirements with supporting data from analysis and technical flow (if needed), product

what-if/pros and cons), and stakeholder feedback into product requirements.

● Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Proven work experience as Enterprise Solution

experience in leading a team is a plus
