Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external partners
• Manage the technical development of web and mobile products, including implementation of new features and bug fixes
• Directly influences the nature of the work delivered by being involved in technical developments and project's executions.
• Develop new product as required
• Manage and mentor the team developers in new products and the maintenance of existing ones
• Takes responsibility overall delivery quality and time
• Develop and manage the plan for product development
• Work closely with backend, frontend and mobile developers to ensure that the products are optimized and follow customer requirements
• Contribute your expertise to the development of product as a day to day task
• Serve as the point of contact for technical aspects of team developers, including communication with customer and other stakeholders

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, collaborative and team management skills especially in fluent spoken and written English
• Ability to independently draft and present deliverables, recommendations, and communications strategies
• Application knowledge: Jira / Jenkins / SQL Server / Google Analytics
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong in tech stach:
• Backend stack: .NET + C / C#
• At least 5 years in leading technical development teams
• Quality Assuarnce: TestRail
• Mobile stack: XAM / swift / kotlin
• Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or other related discipline
• Proven experience with creating project value attribution models.
• Cloud computing: AWS / Azure
• Frontend stack: Angular / JS
