Database Administrator Team Lead Jobs

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Program Management: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of various programs within Indonesia, adhering to predefined objectives and timelines.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, program specialists, and other stakeholders to define program requirements, goals, and deliverables.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement in program management.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively and find practical solutions.

Potential interaction with clients (internal or external) to understand and meet requirements for the delivery of services related to database products.

Hands on experience in Greenplum DB, Vectorewise, SQL Server, DB2, Postgres SQL, MySQL, Mongo DB, Cassandra;

Ability to prioritize and multitask; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Should have a knowledge of IT infrastructure as a domain.

Proposes and implements enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the system.

Willing to work in 24x7 shifting.

In-depth knowledge of database design experience

Minimum 5 years of DBA experience is required

In-depth knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis database administration Functions

Design database diagram for the new project

Design database architecture for production grade environment (with large data)

Determine, enforce, and document database policies, procedures, and standards
