Position: Sales & Marketing Administrator Assistant
Reporting to: Business Director
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Administrator Assistant to support our Business Director in managing sales and marketing activities. This pivotal role requires a proactive individual who can seamlessly coordinate tasks, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the Sales & Marketing team.
Location: Remote [Anywhere in Indonesia]
You can work from anywhere. You will be required to follow Australia’s [Sydney] working hours and business process. Our team is solid and we provide our team members the opportunity to build up their skills and learn new things.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
·Assist in managing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the CRM system to track leads and prospects.
·Collaborate with the sales team to prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients.
·Follow up on leads and opportunities to facilitate the sales process and maintain positive client relationships.
Marketing Assistance:
·Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
·Assist in content creation and dissemination across various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website.
·Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, providing valuable insights for marketing strategies.
Administrative Support:
·Maintain the Business Director's schedule, organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
·Handle correspondence and communications, responding promptly and professionally on behalf of the Business Director when required.
·Prepare reports and presentations, consolidating data and metrics from sales and marketing initiatives.
Team Collaboration:
·Foster effective collaboration between the sales and marketing teams, facilitating communication and information sharing.
·Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring smooth flow of information and coordinating cross-functional projects.
Education & Experience:
·Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
·Proven experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or administrative roles is preferred.
·Tech-savvy and Creative: Familiarity with creative technology trends and tools to understand the services offered by the company.
·Proficiency in using CRM systems, marketing platforms, and office productivity tools.
·Excellent communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders effectively.
·Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
·Proactive and Adaptable: Demonstrated proactive attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
