Inside Sales Representative Jobs

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct daily product presentations through virtual meetings with clients.
• Achieve business development through cold calling and lead generation. Daily outbound sales calls to verify client information, schedule online presentations, conduct sales follow-ups, and convert leads to sales.
• Assist the company as necessary.
• Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, market data collection, and data entry.
• Customer service and support. Conduct pre/post-sales Customer service over the phone and email to provide the necessary support.
• Support day-to-day sales operations. Operations include but are not limited to collecting client information, customer support, and updating the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus
