Position: Sales & Marketing Administrator Assistant

·Assist in managing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the CRM system to track leads and prospects.

·Collaborate with the sales team to prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations

Have experience as a Marketing Administrator or a similar role

Ready to get experience to work in fast pace company

Working knowledge of MS Office

Assist the Marketing team with daily activities and execution

Help with organizing promotional events and campaigns, and attend them to ensure they’re successful

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Previous experience in a sales administration role or similar position is preferred.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

- Monitor and manage inventory levels of sales-related materials and supplies.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and logistics, to ensure seamless sales operations.

Have min 1 year working experience in the same field

Understand Sales Order/Distribution Order/Pre Order

Able to operate basic administrative tools (Microsoft office)

Able to use/familiar with SAP system is a plus

This is 3 months contact/temporary position:

- Min. 1 tahun pengalaman (Diutamakan)

- Dapat mengoperasikan M. Office (Terutama M.Excel)

- Dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik, jujur, dan telaten

- Mampu bekerja sama dengan tim dan dibawah tekanan

1. Melakukan tugas administrasi di perusahaan

2. Membuat pembukuan dan laporan dari kegiatan sales penjualan

Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, persuasif, supel dan suka bertemu orang

Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang marketing

Kreatif memikirkan ide dan strategi marketing & branding perusahaan

Memiliki passion terhadap digital marketing, memiliki pengetahuan terkait SEO, Facebook ads dsb
